Experimentation is, of course, entirely encouraged!  But if you're looking to put together a cheese platter for guests or just want ideas for how to spread your new jam on absolutely everything it might taste good on, here is one hotspot for inspiration!

Peanutbutter Thumbprints

Olivia's uncle and home chef extraordinaire Mark Winkler discovered this recipe recently and recommends it highly with any flavor of jam.  We think it will go especially well with Blackberry-Lavender, Strawberry-Thyme, or Double Blood Orange Marmalade.  Enjoy!

Not-so-peanutbuttery Thumbprint cookies

These cookies are an excellent way to bring out the flavor of your favorite jam, front and center.  I tried blackberry, strawberry, orange marmalade, and ginger rosemary.  All of them turned out wonderfully on this buttery sugar cookie base - A quick recipe with excellent results!

Brown sugar panna cotta

This panna cotta is the perfect soft, decadent background to combine with any one of the jams in our collection.  Easy to make, though I wouldn't get too wrapped up in trying to get it to set into a mold - Rather, refrigerate it in a large bowl and once it's set scoop delicate serving-spoonfulls onto a plate, top with jam, and enjoy!
